– You don't have to be big to take on the world
Promoting Ontario exports to the world is the goal of a new initiative sponsored by the Ontario Chamber of Commerce, with support and funding from the Ontario government. The Export Market Access program offers small-to-medium-size companies an opportunity to obtain grants covering up to 50% of eligible costs incurred to gain export sales. The goal of the initiative is to enhance Ontario’s position in global markets and promote greater involvement in international trade by Ontario-based enterprises.
Branding for the program was created by Pier 8 Group. Pier 8 also created a website to gather applications from interested companies and developed tools for a direct marketing campaign using print and electronic media to drive traffic to the website.
