The Four County Labour Market Planning Board is a community-based organization that provides workforce development solutions for Bruce, Grey, Huron and Perth counties. A member of the Ontario local board network, it brings together business, labour and the community to identify labour market trends and support initiatives to ensure local workforce skills and resources meet the needs of a changing economy.
Previously known as the Bruce, Grey, Huron, Perth, Georgian Triangle Training Board, the organization required a name and brand that accurately reflects its mandate, which does not actually include “training”. Pier 8 Group conducted a visioning exercise with the Board, developed a new name and logo, drafted vision, mission and mandate statements, and designed banners, a folder, stationery and a brand launch mailer.
