As host to several leading automotive research centres, McMaster University stands in the forefront of Canadian efforts to develop and commercialize new technologies that will help this country’s auto industry to remain competitive and prosper well into the 21st Century. The University is host to more than a dozen auto-related initiatives valued at over $100 million in programs and materials testing facilities.
To promote awareness of McMaster’s automotive expertise, Pier 8 Group developed a dynamic new brand for this world-class research cluster, known to industry insiders by its simple nickname MacAUTO. The
new brand was rolled out at the annual conference of the Automotive Parts Manufacturer’s Association (APMA) in the spring of 2008.
