Until recently, the dream of a paperless dental office was just that – a dream. Not any longer! LiveDDM, from The Doctor Company, makes dental data management a snap. With the touch of a stylus on the screen of a portable tablet, a dentist can retrieve, update and store patient records, including the patient’s dental charts and digital X-rays.
Our inspiration for the brand logo was the most efficient storage and retrieval system every invented – the honeycomb – whose architecture is completely intuitive to Mother Nature’s most industrious creature, the honey bee. The intuitive interface of LiveDDM and the efficiency this software bestows on a busy dental office, is perfectly captured in this metaphor.
In addition to developing the brand, Pier 8 Group also created the branding tagline – Everything’s better live! – and designed the DVD packaging for the promotional video, produced by our friends at Fenian Films.
